Anlamind offers online individual and group counseling sessions with an eclectic approach that integrates psychology, philosophy, and mindfulness to support you in your journey of self-exploration, awareness, and the search for meaning. 

 Anlamind provides a supportive environment for individuals and groups to engage with life more intentionally while navigating uncertainty and change. Through counseling sessions, you are invited to explore life's challenges, reflect on your experiences, and gain new perspectives.

Gökçenur Hazinedar, the founder of Anlamind, is a psychological counselor with over 15 years of work experience, both in Germany and Turkey.

 

Her work integrates psychology, philosophy, and mindfulness to support individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, identity questions, and the search for meaning.

She holds degrees in Psychological Counseling and Philosophy and has additional training in existential, cognitive-behavioral, psychosocial and philosophical approaches.

She offers online counseling sessions in English and Turkish.

What is Psychological Counseling?

Psychological counseling, offers a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain deeper insight into their life circumstances, develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and make meaningful changes to improve their relationships and overall well-being.

My counseling approach emphasizes self-exploration, decision-making, meaning-making, and resilience-building.

What is Philosophical Practice and Counseling?

Philosophical practice (and counseling) is a reflective and exploratory process that applies philosophical inquiry to everyday life. It helps individuals engage with existential questions, ethical dilemmas, and personal values, offering deeper examination and insight. It encourages critical thinking, self-exploration, and meaning-making. Through dialogue and reflection, it supports individuals in navigating existential concerns, decision-making, and personal growth from a philosophical perspective.

How can Mindfulness help me?

 Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, cultivating non-judgmental awareness and curiosity toward both internal and external experiences as they unfold. It is about observing thoughts, emotions, and sensations with openness and acceptance, without getting caught up in them.

Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being by fostering a deeper connection to yourself and the present moment. In counseling sessions, I integrate mindfulness techniques to support you develop a more conscious and intentional approach to life.

What is Relationship Counseling?

Relationship counseling is a process that focuses on understanding the relational dynamics, communication patterns, and shared challenges between individuals and partners. This support is not limited to nuclear families; it also applies to extended families, chosen families, and any form of close-knit group that shares life experiences together. The counseling space provides a safe and supportive environment where each person can express themselves, and where relational patterns can be explored, understood, and reimagined to foster more fulfilling connections.

What is Individual Counseling?

Individual counseling is a one-on-one process where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. It helps with personal growth, emotional well-being, and navigating life’s challenges. My approach integrates psychology, philosophy, and mindfulness to offer support tailored to your needs.

What can I expect in the Initial Consultation?

The initial consultation is a 20-minute free session where we discuss your needs and goals for counseling. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if my approach feels right for you. There is no obligation to continue after this session, it’s simply a space for you to explore your options.
